The lady at the front desk, I think her name was Talia was exceptional. The coffeemaker in our room didn't work and she exchanged it within 5 minutes. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the pillows were great, one firm and one soft.

The room was great nice size very quiet. I just wish I had the ability to change the AC setting. It only stays at one speed, it was very hot and humid so I wish I could have turned the AC down where the fan would blow a little harder.
